Must provide valid government-issued identification for every member of the household prior to receiving a grocery kit
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled pickup without prior notice will be flagged for a no-show • After two (2) no-shows without cancellation, the person will be temporarily banned from scheduling pickups for one (1) month • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being flagged.
